Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Services provided by GLOB INVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering contracts.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • KYC verification is required before deposits, withdrawals, or plan activation.

Plans, Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Plan details (e.g., daily return rate, duration, minimum/maximum deposit) are shown in your dashboard and may change for new purchases.
  • Crypto deposits must be sent to the exact address/network displayed. We are not responsible for assets sent to the wrong network or address.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you specify; network fees and limits may apply.

Fees

Network/miner fees apply. Additional service fees (if any) will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and involve a high degree of risk, including potential loss of principal. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you, not GLOB INVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT, are responsible for your investment decisions.

No Investment or Legal Advice

Information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Services for unlawful purposes, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or market abuse.
  • Interfering with the platform, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping data.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including AML/CFT and sanctions rules. We may request additional information and suspend or terminate accounts to satisfy compliance obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are the property of GLOB INVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., KYC providers, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or services and disclaim all liability related thereto.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, security risks, non-payment, or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOB INVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GLOB INVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved by Switzerland, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will post the effective date of any changes.
